I am a trained Somatic Psychotherapist, certified Hypnotherapist, and Clinical Supervisor. My offices are located in the beautiful areas of Cow Hollow in San Francisco and in Marin County. My vision is to help individuals to feel empowered; to connect with their own inner wisdom, intuition, strength, and innate resources; and to find the transformation they wish to experience. By gently exploring feelings, cultivating new awareness, and providing education and resources, I anticipate that my clients will find healing and that they will enhance their relationship with themselves, their partners, children, and other in their lives.
