Professional Personal Statement
I help men, women, and teens communicate without conflict. Maybe you’ve been waiting for your family, friends or colleagues at work to be different. Or, perhaps you keep trying to get your point across and can’t figure out how to get others to really “hear” you, without conversations turning angry. Sometimes, people tell me that the people they used to rely on have changed – and they end up feeling lonely and sad or angry at having to endure alone the many life changes that have been happening.
As life gets more complicated, good relationships can be hard to maintain. The old ways no longer work and the "why" of this struggle can be difficult to understand. I provide a comfortable, non-threatening atmosphere in which individuals and families can work to re-establish communication or explore and resolve old/unfinished issues that keep you stuck.
If you are reading this, you probably want to make changes. This may be a time when friends aren't enough! I have extensive experience helping men, women, adolescents, and families get past the roadblocks to good communication. You can feel better now! I offer free telephone consultation. If you are not sure therapy is for you, give me a call and let's talk - then you decide! You only need to make that first call.
